Here are some vegan recipes I’ve made that are simple and within a tight budget! I hope you can benefit from some of these, and I hope you enjoy!
Savory Sauteed Zuccini
*Vegan, Not Raw
prep time: 15 min
Extra Virgin Olive Oil/Coconut Oil
2 cloves of garlic *optional
Small onion *optional
Set the stove temp. to medium, and pour just enough oil to lightly cover the bottom of the skillet. (or you can use the adequate amount of coconut in sold form, a teaspoon is the right amount for a single serving.)
Slice half a zucchini in thin even circles, and then cut those pieces in half to create a half moon shape. Place zucchini in skillet and let sit.
Peel and mince one to two cloves of garlic depending on preference and place in skillet.
Stir and flip contents in skillet occasionally until contents are golden. (Zucchini should be soft.)
Finally, add spices to taste, Enjoy!

Cacao-Banana Morning Smoothie
prep time: 10 minutes
2 Frozen Bananas
2 tablespoons of cacao powder (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter/raw peanut butter powder
Almond/Cashew milk *optional
Blend contents, and store in freezer overnight or drink immediately. (Best stored in bell jar.)
If frozen overnight, you can microwave the contents for 15 seconds and stir before drinking.
